Santiago Barreira, born in Puertollano, Spain, began his artistic career as a landscape painter and an advertising artist before joining the Barcelona-based Comicup Studio. With this art collective, Barreira has drawn numerous Disney comics over the decades, including numerous Donald Duck tales and a renowned Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs adaptation.
